Does it integrate with a payment gateway for rental deposits?
Yes. Deposit is a pre-auth hold on the customer's card at handover. Released at return (with any damage fees deducted) via Stripe, PayPal, or CMI.
Can customers book vehicles from my website?
Yes. Public rental catalog with real-time availability. Customer books, pays deposit, and receives digital pickup confirmation. Or manual bookings via your agency.
What about long-term rentals (>30 days)?
Yes. Long-term rental contracts with monthly billing, mileage caps, and mid-term service reminders. Different pricing tiers for daily, weekly, monthly.
Does it work if I don't own the vehicles (I sub-rent)?
